Our web-hosting provider has appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities
to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that you have submitted to us

information collected on our website. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to any
other organization except for the processing of customer orders as discussed below.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track general page access, and
gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to
personally identifiable information.
Order
All prices on this site include all applicable taxes and are listed in Canadian currency. A
receipt broken down by item will be included with your Belly Forever bellycasting kit(s). Be
advised that Belly Forever is a Canadian-based company where all products are packaged and
shipped from Canada, thus U.S. Customs charges (approximately $8 USD) DO NOT apply to Canadian
customers. Also, since shipping to the United States may take longer due to U.S. Customs holdings,
we cannot guarantee the exact number of shipping days. Also, we are not responsible for items
lost or stolen during shipping or on delivery.
We request information from our customers on our order form. When an order is placed, we collect
your contact information (including your name, e-mail address, home and shipping address and
your phone numbers). This information is used for shipping purposes and for contacting you if
there is any trouble processing your order. We also use this information to confirm your order
and to respond to any questions you may have. Since all orders and payments are processed
through PayPal, they collect all financial information for processing the order. Please review

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the
privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our customers to be aware when they leave
our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally

Currently no personal information is gathered for purposes other than placing and confirming
customer orders. If this policy changes in the future, our users will be given the opportunity
